Return or replacement of the product may be made within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the appearance of the item and the integrity of the packaging were not changed and parts were not installed or used. In case of replacement or cancelation of the received product, in case the goods are not defective, the cost of courier service is paid by the customer. In case the product is damaged upon delivery, you must make a claim to the courier before you pay for the product (please open and check the parcel in front of him).
Payment on your part means that you accept the product in the state in which you received it.
If the product is defective or wrong, please contact us and we will refund your money or replace it free of charge.
Cancellation of an order is valid only until 16:00 on the day on which the order is made. After this time the order is sent by courier for delivery.
